Exhibitor Information
Dear Exhibitor,
On behalf of the Washington State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, I invite you to exhibit at our society meetings.

The cost for exhibit space for one meeting is $2000/meeting. This includes a 6-foot draped table and meal for one representative. Should you wish to send additional representatives the cost is $200/person to cover our room rental/meal costs. You may set up 1 hour early.
There is also an opportunity to sponsor the residents’ and students’ meeting registration fees. We invite residents from the UW OMS program to attend our meetings free of charge. Typically, 20-25 residents. Your company can sponsor their registration fees for a total of $200 per resident per meeting. This is in addition to the exhibition space fee. This section is primarily for our Annual Residents Night in January.
If you wish to enroll in our new Exclusive Exhibitor Membership program, The cost for this program is $5000.
This program will include the following:

All four yearly meetings.
